Instructions on How to Prepare Herbal Tea

  1. Use 1 teaspoon per 6 ounces of fresh spring water or 1.5 teaspoons per 8 ounces of fresh spring water.
  2. Generally, steep your herbal tea for 4 to 5 minutes with water that is 190 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit.
